A hiring team cannot verify “results-driven” or “excellent communicator.” It can understand a short example of what you changed, why it mattered and what happened next.

Use a simple evidence frame

Pick one relevant piece of work and describe it in four lines: the situation, the action you owned, the observable result and the constraint you worked within. This works for engineering, research, operations, support, design and writing.

Keep the proof truthful and safe to share

Do not paste confidential dashboards, client names, private source code or invented numbers. A useful example can be anonymised: describe the scale, decision or outcome without exposing information you do not have permission to share.

Let AI organise, not fabricate

AI can help turn your notes into a clearer draft, suggest structure, or identify missing context. It must not invent results, skills, employers or metrics. Review every sentence against your real experience before sending it.
